Mouse Vesicular integral-membrane protein VIP36 (Lman2) ELISA Kit

From Assay Genie, this Sandwich ELISA kit is designed for the quantitative measurement of mouse vesicular integral-membrane protein VIP36 (LMAN2). It is reactive with mouse samples and is intended for research use only, with specificity for natural and recombinant mouse VIP36.

The assay uses a colorimetric detection method with a detection range of 0.156-10ng/mL and a sensitivity of 0.065ng/mL. Acceptable sample types include serum, plasma, tissue homogenates, cell culture supernates and other biological fluids. VIP36 (LMAN2) is a single-pass type I membrane protein localised to the Golgi apparatus membrane (UniProt: Q9DBH5), where it functions as an intracellular lectin that interacts with N-acetyl-D-galactosamine and high-mannose type glycans, and is involved in the transport and sorting of glycoproteins.
