Mouse VEGFR3/FLT4 ELISA Kit

This sandwich ELISA kit from Assay Genie is designed for the quantitative detection of Vascular Endothelial Growth Factor Receptor 3 (VEGFR3/FLT4) in mouse samples. The double-antibody sandwich format uses colorimetric detection read at 450 nm, with a sensitivity of 9.375 pg/mL and a working range of 15.6-1000 pg/mL.

Validated for serum, plasma, cell culture supernatant, cell or tissue lysate, and other liquid samples, the kit supports research into lymphangiogenesis and angiogenesis, where VEGFR3 signalling has been linked to cancer, lymphedema, and inflammatory disorders. It is intended for cardiovascular research applications.

The assay workflow involves primary incubation at 37°C for 90 minutes, biotin-labelled detection antibody incubation for 60 minutes, HRP-streptavidin binding for 30 minutes, and TMB colour development for 10–20 minutes, with absorbance read at 450 nm after stop solution addition. Unopened components are stored at 2-8°C for 12 months.
