Vascular Endothelial Growth Factor Receptor 2 (VEGFR2), also known as KDR, is a receptor tyrosine kinase that acts as a cell-surface receptor for VEGFA, VEGFC, and VEGFD. It plays an essential role in the regulation of angiogenesis, vascular development, vascular permeability, and embryonic hematopoiesis, and its dysregulation is linked to cancer, cardiovascular diseases, and inflammatory disorders. The kit is reactive with mouse samples and reports a detection range of 0.312-20ng/mL with a sensitivity of 0.178ng/mL. Precision is reported as an intra-assay CV of 4.6% and an inter-assay CV of 9.2%. Linearity has been assessed in serum, EDTA plasma, and heparin plasma across dilutions of 1:2, 1:4, 1:8, and 1:16.
