Mouse Vascular Endothelial Growth Factor D (VEGFD) ELISA Kit

This Mouse VEGFD ELISA Kit from Assay Genie quantitatively measures vascular endothelial growth factor D, a secreted ligand that signals through VEGFR-2 and VEGFR-3 (Flt-4) to drive lymphangiogenesis and angiogenesis in murine models. VEGFD expression is a key biomarker in research on tumor metastasis, cardiovascular remodeling, wound healing, and chronic inflammation, where it can be tracked in murine biological samples to monitor lymphatic vessel growth and disease progression. The kit includes a pre-coated microplate, matched capture and detection antibodies, streptavidin-HRP conjugate, and TMB substrate for a complete chromogenic workflow.
