Mouse Vascular endothelial growth factor C (Vegfc) ELISA Kit

Manufactured by Assay Genie, this Sandwich ELISA Kit enables quantitative detection of mouse Vascular Endothelial Growth Factor C (VEGFC) in serum, plasma, tissue homogenates, cell culture supernates and other biological fluids. The kit targets both natural and recombinant mouse VEGFC (UniProt P97953), a homodimeric, secreted growth factor implicated in angiogenesis, lymphangiogenesis and cancer-related research that signals through VEGFR-2 (KDR/FLK1) and VEGFR-3 (FLT4).

The assay provides a detection range of 15.6-1000 pg/mL with a sensitivity of 7.9 pg/mL. Reported precision values are 7.0% intra-assay CV and 10.1% inter-assay CV. Linearity was assessed in serum, EDTA plasma and heparin plasma across dilutions from 1:2 to 1:16, and recovery averages 106% for serum and 108% for plasma. The kit is intended for research use only.
