Mouse V (D)J recombination-activating protein 2 (Rag2) ELISA Kit

This Sandwich ELISA Kit from Assay Genie is designed for the quantitative detection of mouse V(D)J recombination-activating protein 2 (Rag2), also referred to as RAG-2. The assay uses a colorimetric detection method and is reactive with mouse samples, including serum, plasma, tissue homogenates, cell culture supernates and other biological fluids.

The kit demonstrates a detection range of 0.156-10ng/ml with a sensitivity of 0.089ng/mL. Reported precision values include an intra-assay CV of 6.4% and an inter-assay CV of 8.8%. Recovery performance is documented at an average of 109% (range 103-115%) for serum and 111% (range 105-117%) for plasma. The kit specifically recognises natural and recombinant mouse V(D)J recombination-activating protein 2, a core component of the RAG complex that mediates the DNA cleavage phase during V(D)J recombination in developing B- and T-lymphocytes.
