Mouse V (D)J recombination-activating protein 1 (Rag1) ELISA Kit

This Sandwich ELISA kit from Assay Genie is intended for the detection of mouse V(D)J recombination-activating protein 1 (Rag1), also referred to as RAG-1, in mouse samples. The assay covers a detection range of 0.156-10ng/mL with a sensitivity of 0.088ng/mL, and recognises both natural and recombinant mouse V(D)J recombination-activating protein 1.

RAG1 functions as the catalytic component of the RAG complex, a multiprotein assembly that mediates the DNA cleavage phase during V(D)J recombination. This process assembles a diverse repertoire of immunoglobulin and T-cell receptor genes in developing B and T-lymphocytes. The target protein has a molecular weight of 119kDa and is localised to the nucleus.
