Mouse Uteroglobin ELISA Kit

Uteroglobin is a protein that plays a key role in various physiological processes, including inflammation regulation, immune response modulation, and hormone transport, making it particularly relevant to studies of reproductive health, lung function, and immune system function. Validated linearity values are 85-97%, 82-98%, and 81-99% for serum at 1:2, 1:4, and 1:8 dilutions respectively; 85-104%, 87-95%, and 81-98% for EDTA plasma; and 89-102%, 89-96%, and 80-94% for heparin plasma. Average recovery is 96% for serum, 98% for EDTA plasma, and 95% for heparin plasma. Kit components are stable at 2-8°C for 12 months.
