Mouse Uncharacterized protein KIAA1377 (Kiaa1377) ELISA Kit

The assay is reactive with mouse samples and detects both natural and recombinant forms of the target protein, with a reported detection range of 0.156-10ng/mL and a sensitivity of 0.078ng/mL.

The corresponding mouse protein is also known as centrosomal protein of 126 kDa (CEP126), with a molecular weight of 123,685 Da and UniProt entry Q0VBV7. According to UniProt, CEP126 may participate in cytokinesis and is localized to the centrosome, cytoskeleton, cell projection, and cytoplasm. It is implicated in mitotic spindle organization and biogenesis, cilium biogenesis, and cytoplasmic microtubule organization and biogenesis. Reported intra-assay and inter-assay CV values are 0.0%, with serum and plasma recovery averaging 80% (range 80-80%).
