Mouse Ubiquitin Protein Ligase E3A (UBE3A) ELISA Kit

UBE3A is an E3 ubiquitin ligase whose loss of function causes Angelman syndrome and which is implicated in autism spectrum disorder, neurodevelopmental research, and cancer biology studies involving the ubiquitin-proteasome pathway.

The kit includes a microplate pre-coated with capture antibody specific for mouse UBE3A. Researchers add standards and samples, then a biotinylated detection antibody and streptavidin-HRP.
