Mouse Ubiquitin D (Ubd) ELISA Kit

Designed for the quantitative detection of mouse Ubiquitin D, this Sandwich ELISA is supplied by Assay Genie and is intended for research use only. Ubiquitin D, also known by the synonyms Diubiquitin, Ubiquitin-like protein FAT10, and Fat10, is a ubiquitin-like protein modifier that can be covalently attached to target proteins, leading to their degradation by the 26S proteasome. Dysregulation of this protein has been linked to a range of conditions including cancer, neurodegenerative disorders, and inflammatory conditions, making it a useful biomarker in disease research.

The assay uses a colorimetric detection method and is reactive with mouse samples. Validated sample types include serum, plasma, tissue homogenates, cell culture supernates, and other biological fluids. The reported detection range is 0.156–10 ng/mL, with a sensitivity of 0.083 ng/mL. Specificity is described for natural and recombinant mouse Ubiquitin D (UniProt reference: P63072).
