Mouse Ubiquinol Cytochrome C Reductase Core Protein II (UQCRC2) ELISA Kit

The Assay Genie UQCRC2 ELISA enables quantitative measurement of the mitochondrial respiratory Complex III core protein 2 in murine samples. UQCRC2 is an approximately 48 kDa inner-membrane subunit that mediates electron transfer from ubiquinol to cytochrome c, and altered expression is implicated in mitochondrial dysfunction, neurodegeneration models, and metabolic disease research. This mouse-specific assay is calibrated for tissue homogenates, isolated mitochondrial fractions, and cell culture supernatants. All components should be refrigerated upon arrival, with reconstituted standards stored frozen at -20 degrees C and protected from light to preserve antibody binding activity; limit freeze-thaw cycles of prepared reagents. The kit ships with a pre-coated microplate, biotinylated detection antibody, standards, and complete protocol sufficient for 96 individual determinations. It is designated for research use only and validated for in vitro quantitative applications with a recommended sample volume of 100 uL per well.
