Mouse Tyrosine-protein kinase Mer (Mertk) ELISA Kit

A sandwich ELISA from Assay Genie designed for the quantitative detection of mouse Tyrosine-protein kinase Mer (MERTK), also known as Proto-oncogene c-Mer, Receptor tyrosine kinase MerTK or Mer. The assay is validated for use with serum, plasma, tissue homogenates, cell culture supernatants and other biological fluids, with specificity for natural and recombinant mouse Tyrosine-protein kinase Mer. MERTK is a single-pass type I membrane receptor tyrosine kinase that transduces signals from the extracellular matrix into the cytoplasm by binding to ligands including LGALS3, TUB, TULP1 and GAS6, and regulates processes such as cell survival, migration, differentiation and phagocytosis of apoptotic cells (efferocytosis). The protein is annotated under Uniprot Q60805, with a molecular weight of 79.2 kDa (718 aa), and falls within the Neurosciences research area.
