Mouse Tyrosine-protein kinase CSK (Csk) ELISA Kit

The target is a non-receptor tyrosine-protein kinase also known by the synonyms C-Src kinase, Protein-tyrosine kinase MPK-2 and p50CSK, and the kit is supplied for research use only.

The assay reports a detection range of 0.312-20ng/mL and a sensitivity of 0.099ng/mL. Reported dilutional linearity spans serum 94-102% at 1:2 to 103-103% at 1:16, EDTA plasma 98-107% to 110-120%, and heparin plasma 102-112% to 101-110%.
