Mouse TWEAK R PharmaGenie ELISA Kit (SBRS1557)

Quantitative measurement of mouse TNFRSF12A (also known as Fn14 or TWEAK receptor) in experimental samples. TWEAK R is the cell-surface binding partner for the TNF-family ligand TWEAK and participates in signaling pathways that regulate proliferation, migration, angiogenesis, and inflammatory responses, making it a protein of interest in studies of tissue repair, tumor biology, and immune regulation.

This Assay Genie reagent is configured as a 96-assay pack and uses a colorimetric enzymatic readout, producing absorbance values proportional to TWEAK R levels in the loaded sample. Compatible specimen matrices include clarified cell culture supernatants, plasma, and serum collected from mouse models. Standard laboratory microplate washers and plate readers are used to process the strip plate and to capture signal after the substrate reaction is stopped.

For reliable results, samples should be handled according to standard immune-assay practice: collect plasma or serum under appropriate anticoagulant conditions, aliquot to limit freeze-thaw cycles, and store clarified cell culture supernatants refrigerated for short-term use or frozen for longer archival storage. Reagents should be equilibrated to room temperature before use and protected from light where indicated on the vial labels.
