Mouse Tumor Protein p53 (TP53) ELISA Kit

Quantitative mouse TP53 protein measurement is enabled by this colorimetric, microplate-based immunoassay from Assay Genie, supporting preclinical research into p53 pathway biology, DNA damage response, and tumor suppressor function in cancer and aging models. p53 is one of the most extensively studied tumor suppressors, and altered TP53 levels in mouse specimens are widely investigated as biomarkers of cellular stress and tumor progression.

This research-use-only kit is validated for mouse samples, addressing studies in carcinogenesis, chemotherapeutic response profiling, and knockout or transgenic mouse phenotyping. Prepared samples are added to the coated microplate, where TP53 binds the immobilized capture antibody. A biotinylated detection antibody and streptavidin-HRP conjugate are introduced sequentially, followed by a TMB substrate that generates an absorbance readout proportional to TP53 concentration.

A standard curve built from included recombinant mouse TP53 calibrators allows interpolation of unknown sample values, and the workflow runs on standard laboratory plate readers.
