Mouse Tumor necrosis factor receptor superfamily member 8 (Tnfrsf8) ELISA Kit

This Sandwich ELISA Kit from Assay Genie is designed for the quantitative determination of mouse Tumor necrosis factor receptor superfamily member 8 (Tnfrsf8), also referred to as CD30, CD30L receptor, and Lymphocyte activation antigen CD30. The assay is intended for use with mouse samples and has been validated across serum, plasma, tissue homogenates, cell culture supernates and other biological fluids, with dedicated collection protocols for serum and for plasma prepared with EDTA or heparin as anticoagulant.

Reported performance specifications include a detection range of 15.6–1000 pg/mL and a sensitivity of 7.89 pg/mL. Precision is given as an intra-assay CV of 6.9% and an inter-assay CV of 10.4%. Linearity across serum, EDTA plasma and heparin plasma at 1:2, 1:4, 1:8 and 1:16 dilutions was observed between 81% and 123%. Spike-and-recovery gave an average of 102% (range 96–108%) for serum and 104% (range 98–110%) for plasma. The kit shows specificity for natural and recombinant mouse Tnfrsf8.

Tnfrsf8 acts as a receptor for TNFSF8/CD30L and contributes to regulation of cellular growth and transformation of activated lymphoblasts, as well as to gene expression through activation of NF-kappa-B. The protein is a single-pass type I membrane protein annotated in UniProt as Q60846 (NCBI Gene ID 21941). The kit is supplied for research use only.
