Mouse TNFRSF4 / OX40 (CD134) Quantification Immunoassay

This Assay Genie ELISA kit enables quantitative measurement of TNFRSF4 (also known as OX40 or CD134), a T cell co-stimulatory receptor that becomes upregulated following antigen receptor engagement. The kit is configured for research studies of T cell activation, costimulatory signaling, and immune regulation in mouse model systems, where TNFRSF4 expression on activated CD4+ and CD8+ T cells is a well-characterized marker of recent or ongoing immune activation.

Validated for serum-derived samples, plasma-derived samples, and tissue homogenate preparations from mouse specimens, this 96-assay kit is supplied with pre-coated microplate strips and all reagents required to generate a standard curve and run unknowns in parallel. The assay procedure follows a standard sequential incubation workflow and produces a chromogenic readout that can be measured on a conventional microplate reader.

Typical applications include profiling TNFRSF4 expression in tumor-infiltrating lymphocytes, characterizing vaccine responses, and tracking the kinetics of costimulatory molecule upregulation during infection or autoimmunity studies. For reagent stability, the kit components should be stored refrigerated at 4°C upon receipt, with appropriate freezer storage for longer-term stability of certain reagents. Each kit is intended for research use only and should not be used for diagnostic procedures.
