Mouse Tumor Necrosis Factor Receptor Superfamily, Member 17 (TNFRSF17) ELISA Kit

TNFRSF17, also called B-cell maturation antigen (BCMA), is a member of the tumor necrosis factor receptor superfamily expressed on mature B lymphocytes and is a target of interest in immunology, multiple myeloma, and autoimmune disease research.

The microplate-based format supports standards and unknown samples in parallel wells, and the kit provides pre-coated plates, capture and detection antibodies, standard diluent, wash buffer, and chromogenic substrate. Mouse serum samples or plasma samples, as well as cell culture supernatant or tissue lysate, can be used to measure BCMA levels in studies of B cell development, antibody class switching, and tumor immunology. Each kit supports up to 96 individual determinations.
