TNFSF13, also known as APRIL (A Proliferation-Inducing Ligand) or CD256, is a member of the tumor necrosis factor superfamily that supports B-cell proliferation, T-cell maturation, and immunoglobulin class switching. Mouse models are widely used to study APRIL signaling in autoimmunity, B-cell lymphoma biology, and vaccine responses.
Researchers commonly apply this Assay Genie immunoassay to quantify APRIL in preclinical samples drawn from mouse disease models, with a recommended sample volume of 100 uL per well.
