Mouse Tumor necrosis factor ligand superfamily member 10 (Tnfsf10) ELISA Kit

A sandwich ELISA from Assay Genie enables quantitative measurement of mouse Tumor Necrosis Factor Ligand Superfamily Member 10 (TNFSF10), also referred to as TRAIL, Protein TRAIL, and CD253. TNFSF10 is a cytokine that binds TNFRSF10A/TRAILR1, TNFRSF10B/TRAILR2, TNFRSF10C/TRAILR3, TNFRSF10D/TRAILR4 and possibly TNFRSF11B/OPG, inducing apoptosis. It is widely studied as a biomarker in cancer development and immune-mediated disease research.

The assay has a detection range of 46.9-3000 pg/mL and a sensitivity of 23.47 pg/mL. Reproducibility is supported by an intra-assay CV of 5.8% and inter-assay CV of 8.3%. Specificity covers natural and recombinant mouse TNFSF10. Validated sample types include serum, plasma, tissue homogenates, cell culture supernatants, and other biological fluids. Recovery in serum averages 109% (range 103-115%) and in plasma averages 111% (range 105-117%). The kit is intended for research use only and falls within the cancer research area.
