Thrombospondin-2 (TSP-2) is a secreted matricellular glycoprotein of approximately 145 kDa with well-documented roles in angiogenesis inhibition, wound healing, extracellular matrix remodeling, and tumor microenvironment research. This mouse-specific quantification kit from Assay Genie's PharmaGenie line supports pharmaceutical and translational research into conditions where dysregulated TSP-2 expression has been implicated, including pulmonary fibrosis, cardiac remodeling, diabetic wound repair, and tumor angiogenesis studies.
