Mouse TSLP/Thymic stromal lymphopoietin ELISA Kit

This sandwich ELISA kit from Assay Genie is designed for the quantitative detection of mouse Thymic Stromal Lymphopoietin (TSLP) in serum, plasma, cell culture supernatants, cell or tissue lysates, and other liquid samples. The assay uses a double-antibody sandwich format with colorimetric detection and reports a sensitivity of 9.375 pg/mL across a working range of 15.625–1000 pg/mL.

Manufacturer performance data include recovery values for serum (average 95%), EDTA plasma (average 96%), and heparin plasma (average 96%), along with linearity ranges for the same matrices. The pre-coated plate protocol uses a biotinylated detection antibody, HRP-streptavidin (SABC), and TMB substrate, with absorbance read at 450 nm after stopping the reaction. Kits are stored at 2-8°C for 12 months.
