Mouse TSH ELISA Kit

A sandwich double-antibody ELISA from Assay Genie designed for the quantitative measurement of Mouse Thyroid Stimulating Hormone (TSH). The assay accepts serum, plasma, cell culture supernatant, cell or tissue lysate, and other liquid samples, and uses a colorimetric read at 450 nm.

Sensitivity is 0.75 ng/mL, with a working range of 1.25–80 ng/mL (6 uIU/µg). The pre-coated microplate is incubated with standards and samples at 37°C for 90 minutes, followed by a biotinylated detection antibody (37°C, 60 minutes), HRP-Streptavidin (37°C, 30 minutes), and TMB substrate developed in the dark for 10–20 minutes before the reaction is stopped. Linearity across 1:2, 1:4 and 1:8 dilutions is reported as 86–99%, 84–98% and 82–96% for serum (n=5); 85–103%, 86–99% and 86–93% for EDTA plasma (n=5); and 87–96%, 91–99% and 81–95% for heparin plasma (n=5). Recovery is 89–99% (average 94%) for serum, 85–101% (average 93%) for EDTA plasma, and 86–93% (average 91%) for heparin plasma (n=5).

Components supplied include a dismountable ELISA microplate, lyophilized standard, biotin-labeled antibody concentrate, HRP-Streptavidin conjugate, TMB substrate, sample and antibody dilution buffers, SABC dilution buffer, stop solution, wash buffer concentrate, plate sealer and a technical manual. Unopened components are stored at 2–8°C for 12 months.
