Mouse TSG6 ELISA Kit

A colorimetric sandwich ELISA kit from Assay Genie designed for the quantitative measurement of TSG6 (tumor necrosis factor-inducible gene 6 protein) in mouse samples, including serum, plasma, cell culture supernatant, cell or tissue lysate, and other liquid samples. The assay uses a double-antibody sandwich format with a reported sensitivity of 0.375 ng/mL and a standard range of 0.625-40 ng/mL. According to the manufacturer's validation data, dilution linearity in serum (n = 5) ranged from 89-100% at 1:2, 85-104% at 1:4 and 89-105% at 1:8; EDTA plasma (n = 5) showed 83-94%, 82-99% and 85-99% at the same dilutions; and heparin plasma (n = 5) showed 83-100%, 81-96% and 85-100%. Spike-and-recovery across the same three matrices averaged 96% for serum (range 89-102%), 92% for EDTA plasma (range 86-101%) and 98% for heparin plasma (range 91-104%).

TSG6 is implicated in inflammation and tissue remodelling and has been highlighted as a key target for studying conditions such as arthritis in mouse models. The kit is intended for research in cell biology, with components stored at 2-8°C for 12 months. The associated UniProt entry is O08859.
