Mouse Tryptase gamma (Tpsg1) ELISA Kit

This sandwich-format colorimetric immunoassay from Assay Genie is designed for the quantitative measurement of tryptase gamma (Tpsg1) levels in mouse samples. Tryptase gamma is a trypsin-like serine protease of the tryptase family that has been implicated as a mediator in immune and inflammatory pathways; elevated levels have been associated with asthma, allergies and inflammatory disorders, making it a relevant biomarker for immunological research. The kit accepts serum, plasma, tissue homogenates, cell culture supernatants, and other biological fluids, and is specific for natural and recombinant mouse tryptase gamma (UniProt Q9QUL7).

Reported performance includes a detection range of 31.2–2000 pg/mL, a sensitivity of 15.69 pg/mL, an intra-assay CV of 5.6% and an inter-assay CV of 8.2%. Linearity spans 102–112% (1:2) to 106–116% (1:16) in serum, 112–120% to 105–116% in EDTA plasma, and 104–115% to 99–110% in heparin plasma. Mean recovery is 84% (range 80–90%) in serum and 86% (range 80–92%) in plasma. Contents include an 8×12-strip dismountable microplate, lyophilized standard, sample and assay diluents, detection reagents A and B, wash buffer, substrate, stop solution, and plate sealers, with component storage conditions ranging from 4 °C to −20 °C.
