Reported linearity for serum across 1:2, 1:4 and 1:8 dilutions is 85–104%, 92–97% and 89–104% respectively, with EDTA plasma at 92–97%, 90–101% and 83–100%, and heparin plasma at 83–96%, 83–94% and 84–100%. Recovery data show ranges of 85–103% (average 95%) for serum, 85–104% (average 99%) for EDTA plasma, and 89–102% (average 98%) for heparin plasma.
