Mouse Trypsin ELISA Kit

From Assay Genie, this Sandwich ELISA kit is designed for the precise quantification of trypsin in mouse samples, including serum, plasma, cell culture supernatants, cell or tissue lysates, and other liquid samples. The double-antibody format uses colorimetric detection and provides a sensitivity of 0.938 ng/mL with a working range of 1.563–100 ng/mL. Reactivity is specific to mouse.

Validated linearity (n = 5) at 1:2, 1:4, and 1:8 dilutions: serum 87–103%, 84–101%, 81–99%; EDTA plasma 87–100%, 84–96%, 82–96%; heparin plasma 95–103%, 96–101%, 83–94%. Spike-and-recovery ranges and averages: serum 85–104% (96%), EDTA plasma 89–105% (93%), heparin plasma 85–98% (91%). Reagents should be stored at 2–8°C and remain stable for 12 months.

The assay workflow proceeds through reagent equilibration, a 37°C primary incubation of 90 minutes for antigen binding, 60-minute biotin-labeled detection antibody binding, 30-minute HRP-Streptavidin incubation, 10–20 minute TMB color development in the dark, and absorbance measurement at 450 nm following stop solution addition.
