Mouse Trx (Thioredoxin) ELISA Kit (MOES01541)

Quantify mouse thioredoxin (Trx) levels in research specimens with this colorimetric enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay from Assay Genie. Thioredoxin is a 12 kDa redox-active protein involved in cellular antioxidant defense, ribonucleotide reduction for DNA synthesis, and modulation of transcription factor activity. In murine models, altered Trx expression is studied in the context of oxidative stress, inflammation, cardiac ischemia-reperfusion injury, and tumor biology. The kit is supplied in a complete package format configured for 96 determinations, with pre-coated plate strips and the buffers required to run the full protocol. Results are read on a standard microplate reader, and the procedure is intended for samples such as mouse serum-type specimens and plasma samples, as well as tissue-derived material prepared by the user.
