Mouse Troponin T, fast skeletal muscle (Tnnt3) ELISA Kit

From Assay Genie, this sandwich ELISA is designed for the detection of mouse Troponin T, fast skeletal muscle (TNNT3) in serum, plasma, tissue homogenates, cell culture supernates and other biological fluids. The assay is specific for natural and recombinant mouse TNNT3, with absorbance read at 450 nm after TMB substrate development. Reported performance includes a sensitivity of 7.86 pg/mL and a detection range of 15.6-1000 pg/mL, with intra-assay CV of 5.6% and inter-assay CV of 8.3%.

TNNT3 is the tropomyosin-binding subunit of the troponin complex, the thin filament regulatory complex that confers calcium-sensitivity to striated muscle actomyosin ATPase activity. Reported recovery is 108% (range 102-114%) for serum and 110% (range 104-116%) for plasma. The kit is intended for research use in signal transduction studies of skeletal muscle.
