Mouse Troponin I, cardiac muscle (Tnni3) ELISA Kit

Designed for the accurate measurement of cardiac troponin I (TNNI3) levels in mouse samples, this sandwich ELISA kit from Assay Genie is for research use only. It is reactive with mouse TNNI3 and validated for serum, plasma, tissue homogenates, cell culture supernates and other biological fluids, with specificity for natural and recombinant mouse Troponin I, cardiac muscle.

Performance characteristics include a detection range of 0.78-50ng/mL, a sensitivity of 0.43ng/mL, an intra-assay CV of 6.4% and an inter-assay CV of 8.9%. Linearity (% recovery) across 1:2, 1:4, 1:8 and 1:16 dilutions was reported as 97-107%, 105-113%, 92-102% and 102-112% in serum; 93-102%, 107-117%, 103-113% and 105-114% in EDTA plasma; and 82-92%, 104-104%, 90-100% and 105-113% in heparin plasma. Spiking recovery ranged from 80-88% in serum (average 82%) and 80-90% in plasma (average 84%).

TNNI3 is the inhibitory subunit of troponin, the thin filament regulatory complex that confers calcium-sensitivity to striated muscle actomyosin ATPase activity. Abnormal TNNI3 levels can indicate cardiac injury or disease, making it a valuable biomarker for cardiovascular research.
