Mouse Tropomodulin 3 (TMOD3) ELISA Kit

The Mouse Tropomodulin 3 (TMOD3) ELISA Kit from Assay Genie enables quantitative measurement of TMOD3, a ubiquitously expressed actin-capping protein that regulates pointed-end dynamics of the erythrocyte and non-erythrocyte cytoskeleton. TMOD3 binds tropomyosin and contributes to membrane mechanical stability, cell morphology, and migration, making it relevant to studies of cytoskeletal remodeling, hematopoietic differentiation, and cardiac or vascular biology in mouse models.

This microplate immunoassay is calibrated for mouse-derived samples, including tissue homogenates, and shows no significant cross-reactivity with the closely related TMOD1 or TMOD4 isoforms.
