TPI1 (Triosephosphate Isomerase 1) is a glycolytic enzyme that catalyzes the reversible interconversion of dihydroxyacetone phosphate and D-glyceraldehyde-3-phosphate, a central step in carbohydrate metabolism. The Mouse TPI1 ELISA Kit from Assay Genie enables quantitative measurement of this protein in mouse samples, supporting research into glycolysis, mitochondrial function, metabolic disorders, and related disease models.
Built on a paired-antibody immunoassay architecture, the kit delivers a chromogenic absorbance readout that allows reliable quantification in serum samples, plasma, and tissue homogenate preparations. Each kit supplies reagents sufficient for 96 individual assays, supporting medium-throughput screening of experimental cohorts. The assay is validated for mouse reactivity, enabling studies of enzyme regulation, metabolic adaptation, and biomarker discovery in mouse model systems.
The standard workflow includes standard curve preparation, sample and detection reagent addition, washing steps, substrate incubation, and absorbance measurement for quantitative analysis. Reagents should be kept refrigerated to preserve antibody activity through the kit's shelf life, and the product is intended for research use only.
