Mouse Trim72 ELISA Kit

A sandwich ELISA kit from Assay Genie, designed for the precise measurement of TRIM72 levels in mouse samples. It uses a double antibody sandwich format with colorimetric detection and has a reported sensitivity of 46.875 pg/mL over a measurable range of 78.125–5000 pg/mL. The kit accepts serum, plasma, cell culture supernatant, cell or tissue lysate, and other liquid samples, and is intended for storage at 2–8°C for 12 months. TRIM72, also known as MG53 or Mitsugumin-53 (Tripartite motif-containing protein 72), is described as a key protein involved in muscle regeneration and repair, making the kit relevant to cell biology research and studies of muscle-related disease.

Linearity has been validated in serum (93–99% at 1:2, 88–99% at 1:4, 88–100% at 1:8), EDTA plasma (86–96%, 84–95%, 83–97%) and heparin plasma (86–96%, 86–98%, 88–99%), with n = 5 for each matrix. Reported recovery ranges are 86–100% for serum (average 91%), 89–100% for EDTA plasma (average 93%), and 90–104% for heparin plasma (average 97%). The protocol uses a biotin-labelled detection antibody, HRP-Streptavidin binding, TMB substrate development, and absorbance reading at 450 nm.
