Mouse Triggering receptor expressed on myeloid cells 2 (Trem2) ELISA Kit

A sandwich ELISA from Assay Genie developed for the quantification of mouse Triggering receptor expressed on myeloid cells 2 (TREM2) in mouse samples, using a colorimetric detection format. TREM2 is a myeloid cell receptor implicated in immune response regulation and phagocytosis, with dysregulation linked to neurodegenerative disease research. The kit is suitable for use with serum, plasma, tissue homogenates, cell culture supernatants and other biological fluids.

Manufacturer-reported performance figures include a detection range of 78-5000 pg/mL, a sensitivity of 41.1 pg/mL, an intra-assay CV of 4.9% and an inter-assay CV of 7.4%. Linearity has been assessed in serum, EDTA plasma and heparin plasma across 1:2 to 1:16 dilutions, and recovery averaged 87% (range 81-93%) in serum and 89% (range 83-95%) in plasma. The assay is specific for natural and recombinant mouse TREM2 and the target corresponds to UniProt entry Q99NH8.

Supplied components include a dismountable ELISA microplate, lyophilized standard, sample and assay diluents, detection reagents A and B, wash buffer, substrate solution, stop solution and plate sealers, with storage temperatures ranging from -20°C to 4°C depending on the component.
