TREM-1 is a single-pass type I membrane signaling receptor expressed on myeloid cells, stimulating neutrophil and monocyte-mediated inflammatory responses, amplifying inflammation triggered by bacterial and fungal infections, and acting as a crucial mediator of septic shock. The kit targets mouse TREM-1 (UniProt Q9JKE2) and supports research in immunology and inflammatory disease models. The detection range is 78-5000pg/mL with a sensitivity of 39.2pg/mL, an intra-assay CV of 5.3%, and an inter-assay CV of 7.6%. Dilutional linearity is reported for serum, EDTA plasma, and heparin plasma; recovery ranges from 101-113% for serum and 103-115% for plasma.
