Mouse Translationally-controlled tumor protein (Tpt1) ELISA Kit

A sandwich ELISA kit from Assay Genie designed for the quantitative measurement of mouse Translationally-controlled tumor protein (Tpt1) in serum, plasma, tissue homogenates, cell culture supernates and other biological fluids. The kit is reactive with mouse samples and shows specificity for natural and recombinant mouse Tpt1.

It detects within a range of 0.312-20ng/mL with a sensitivity of 0.192ng/mL. The target protein is also known by the synonyms 21 kDa polypeptide, p21, p23, TCTP, and Trt, and is associated with UniProt accession P63028. The protein localizes to the cytoplasm and is reported to function in calcium binding and microtubule stabilization, placing it within the epigenetics research area.
