TRPM4 (Transient Receptor Potential Melastatin 4) is a calcium-activated non-selective cation channel permeable to monovalent ions such as Na+ and K+, but impermeable to Ca2+. It plays pivotal roles in cardiac conduction, dendritic cell migration, and T-cell activation, and mutations in the encoding gene have been associated with progressive familial heart block type I and Brugada syndrome.

This Assay Genie microplate-based immunoassay enables quantitative measurement of mouse TRPM4 in tissue homogenates and cell lysate preparations. Each kit contains pre-coated strip plates, biotinylated detection antibodies, recombinant standards, and chromogenic substrate sufficient to develop a standard curve and run experimental samples in duplicate.

For optimal reagent stability, store unopened kit components at refrigerated temperatures; reconstituted standards and concentrated conjugate should be aliquoted into single-use vials and held at -20 degrees C to limit freeze-thaw degradation. A lot-specific Certificate of Analysis is provided with every shipment. Intended for research use only.
