Mouse Transgelin-3 (Tagln3) ELISA Kit

This Sandwich ELISA Kit from Assay Genie is intended for the quantitative measurement of mouse Transgelin-3 (TAGLN3) in biological samples. Transgelin-3 is a cytoskeleton-associated protein involved in cell motility and cytoskeletal organization, contributing to processes such as cell migration and tissue remodeling; its dysregulation has been linked to various diseases, making it a useful biomarker for research investigations.

Designed for mouse reactivity, the kit can be applied to serum, plasma, tissue homogenates, cell culture supernatants and other biological fluids. Detection is performed by ELISA, with specificity for natural and recombinant mouse Transgelin-3. Target synonyms include Neuronal protein NP25 and Np25, and the corresponding UniProt accession is Q9R1Q8.

Manufacturer performance data indicate a detection range of 0.312-20ng/mL and a sensitivity of 0.164ng/mL. Intra-assay CV is 5.1% and inter-assay CV is 7.3%. Linearity across serial dilutions in serum (N=5) ranges from 100-110% at 1:2 to 105-115% at 1:16; EDTA plasma (N=5) spans 91-100% to 112-122% across the same dilutions; heparin plasma (N=5) spans 94-103% to 94-102%. Recovery is 98% (range 92-104%) for serum and 100% (range 94-106%) for plasma. The kit is for research use only.
