Mouse Transforming growth factor beta-3 (Tgfb3) ELISA Kit

Reported performance characteristics are a detection range of 31.2-2000 pg/ml, a sensitivity of 15.8 pg/mL, an intra-assay CV of 6.0%, and an inter-assay CV of 8.2%. Recovery has been measured at 106-118% (average 112%) in serum and 108-120% (average 114%) in plasma. Linearity has been assessed in serum, EDTA plasma and heparin plasma matrices at serial dilutions from 1:2 to 1:16.
