Mouse Transcriptional repressor CTCF ELISA Kit

From Assay Genie, this sandwich ELISA kit is designed for the quantitative measurement of transcriptional repressor CTCF in mouse samples, including serum, plasma, cell culture supernatant, cell or tissue lysate, and other liquid samples. The assay uses a double-antibody format with colorimetric detection. CTCF is a sequence-specific transcriptional regulator involved in gene regulation, chromatin insulation, and genomic imprinting, with documented roles in cell growth, differentiation, and development; its dysregulation has been implicated in cancer and autoimmune disorders.

Reported sensitivity is 46.875 pg/mL, with a working range of 78.125-5000 pg/mL. The kit is stored at 2-8°C for 12 months. Linearity was demonstrated in serum (85-95% at 1:2, 86-94% at 1:4, 81-98% at 1:8), EDTA plasma (85-102%, 86-99%, 81-91%), and heparin plasma (93-105%, 88-98%, 82-100%). Average recovery values were 93% for serum (range 87-100%), 91% for EDTA plasma (85-94%), and 93% for heparin plasma (86-98%). The procedure includes a 90-minute primary incubation at 37°C, 60 minutes with biotin-labeled detection antibody, 30 minutes with HRP-streptavidin, 10-20 minute TMB substrate development in the dark, and absorbance readout at 450 nm.
