Mouse Transcription factor HES-1 (Hes1) ELISA Kit

Linearity testing in mouse serum, EDTA plasma, and heparin plasma at dilutions from 1:2 to 1:16 returned values between 84% and 123% across all sample matrices, while spike-and-recovery testing returned averages of 88% for serum (range 82-94%) and 90% for plasma (range 84-96%).

Validated for use with mouse serum, plasma, tissue homogenates, cell culture supernates, and other biological fluids, the kit specifically recognizes natural and recombinant mouse Transcription factor HES-1. The target functions as a transcriptional repressor of genes requiring a bHLH protein for their transcription, binding N-box motifs (5'-CACNAG-3') with high affinity and E-box motifs (5'-CANNTG-3') with low affinity, and localizes to the nucleus.
