Mouse Trans-acting T-cell-specific transcription factor GATA-3 (Gata3) ELISA Kit

A sandwich ELISA kit from Assay Genie for the quantitative detection of mouse trans-acting T-cell-specific transcription factor GATA-3 (Gata3). The assay measures GATA-3 in serum, plasma, tissue homogenates, cell culture supernates and other biological fluids, with reactivity specific to mouse.

The kit offers a detection range of 0.625-40ng/mL and a sensitivity of 0.316ng/mL. It detects natural and recombinant mouse GATA-3 (UniProt P23772), a nuclear transcription factor that binds the consensus sequence 5'-AGATAG-3' and is required for T-helper 2 (Th2) differentiation following immune and inflammatory responses.
