TRANCE (TNF-related activation-induced cytokine, also known as RANKL or TNFSF11) is a TNF superfamily ligand that drives osteoclast differentiation, regulates bone resorption, and contributes to lymphoid organogenesis and T-cell costimulation. This colorimetric ELISA from Assay Genie is calibrated to quantify mouse TRANCE in cell culture supernatant, serum, and plasma specimens, supporting research in bone metabolism, osteoimmunology, rheumatoid arthritis models, and inflammatory disease pathways.
