Mouse TRAIL/TNFSF10 ELISA Kit

This colorimetric sandwich ELISA from Assay Genie is designed for the quantitative measurement of mouse TRAIL (TNFSF10), the tumour necrosis factor-related apoptosis-inducing ligand, a key mediator of programmed cell death implicated in immune response regulation, cancer treatment, and inflammatory diseases. The kit shows a sensitivity of 9.375 pg/mL and a working range of 15.625-1000 pg/mL, with absorbance read at 450 nm following TMB colour development.

Validated sample types include serum, plasma, cell culture supernatant, cell or tissue lysate, and other liquid samples. Linearity in serum spans 93-104% at 1:2, 89-101% at 1:4, and 88-100% at 1:8 dilution (n=5); EDTA plasma 84-97%, 83-94%, 83-99%; and heparin plasma 86-99%, 85-99%, 84-90%. Recovery averages are 93% in serum, 96% in EDTA plasma, and 93% in heparin plasma. All components are stored at 2-8°C for 12 months.

The protocol proceeds through reagent equilibration, primary incubation at 37°C for 90 minutes, biotin-labelled detection antibody binding for 60 minutes, HRP-Streptavidin binding for 30 minutes, TMB colour development for 10-20 minutes in the dark, and absorbance reading at 450 nm after stop solution addition.
