Mouse Toll-like receptor 9 (Tlr9) ELISA Kit

Designed for the accurate quantitation of mouse Toll-like receptor 9 (TLR9), this Sandwich ELISA Kit from Assay Genie is reactive with mouse samples and validated for use with serum, plasma, tissue homogenates, cell culture supernates and other biological fluids. The kit uses an ELISA (colorimetric) detection method and is intended for research use only, making it suited to immunology research on innate and adaptive immune responses.

TLR9 is a nucleotide-sensing Toll-like receptor that recognises unmethylated cytidine-phosphate-guanosine (CpG) dinucleotides and signals via MYD88 and TRAF6 to drive NF-kappa-B activation, cytokine secretion and the inflammatory response. It contributes to defense against systemic mouse cytomegalovirus infection and controls the lymphocyte response to Helicobacter infection, with reported interactions involving MYD88, BTK, UNC93B1, CD300LH, CNPY3, HSP90B1 and SMPDL3B.
