Mouse TNNT1 (Troponin T Type 1, Slow Skeletal) ELISA Kit

From Assay Genie, this Sandwich ELISA kit enables quantitative measurement of mouse Troponin T Type 1, Slow Skeletal (TNNT1) by colorimetric detection. TNNT1 contributes to skeletal muscle contraction and relaxation, and its dysregulation has been associated with skeletal muscle disorders, making it a useful biomarker for muscle-related research.

Spike-and-recovery testing gave ranges and averages of 85-105% (95%) for serum, 89-105% (96%) for EDTA plasma, and 91-102% (93%) for Heparin plasma (n = 5 each). Linearity at 1:2, 1:4, and 1:8 dilutions was 86-98%, 85-101%, and 82-96% in serum; 84-100%, 89-103%, and 88-98% in EDTA plasma; and 85-97%, 83-100%, and 83-97% in Heparin plasma (n = 5 each).

Components should be stored at 2-8°C, with a stated shelf life of 12 months.
