Mouse TNNI3/cTn-I (Troponin I Type 3, Cardiac) ELISA Kit (MOES01590)

Assay Genie's colorimetric sandwich ELISA uses a solid-phase format and is designed for the quantitative measurement of mouse TNNI3/cTn-I (cardiac troponin I) in serum, plasma and other biological fluids. Stated performance includes a sensitivity of 4.69 pg/mL and a detection range of 7.81-500 pg/mL, with a sample volume of 100 μL. Reported recovery is 80%-120%. In the recovery study, EDTA plasma gave an average recovery of 93% (range 86-101%) and cell culture media gave 99% (range 92-107%). Intra-assay CV values are 6.11%, 5.82% and 4.99%, while inter-assay CV values are 6.01%, 8.65% and 8.59%.

The kit recognizes mouse TNNI3/cTn-I, and no significant cross-reactivity or interference between mouse TNNI3/cTn-I and analogues was observed. Storage is 2-8°C.
