Mouse TNFSF6/Fas Ligand ELISA Kit

Designed by Assay Genie for the precise measurement of mouse Fas Ligand (TNFSF6, also known as CD95L), this Sandwich ELISA uses a double-antibody format with colorimetric detection. Reported linearity for serum (n=5) spans 86–100% at 1:2, 85–105% at 1:4, and 94–104% at 1:8; EDTA plasma (n=5) 86–96%, 83–98%, 86–101%; and heparin plasma (n=5) 82–97%, 83–95%, 80–100%. Recovery ranges and averages are 85–102% / 96% for serum, 87–104% / 94% for EDTA plasma, and 85–104% / 94% for heparin plasma.

The assay procedure involves primary incubation at 37°C for 90 minutes, biotin-labelled detection antibody binding for 60 minutes, HRP-Streptavidin binding for 30 minutes, TMB colour development in the dark for 10–20 minutes, and absorbance reading at 450 nm after adding stop solution.
