The Mouse TNFRSF1A CLIA Kit from Assay Genie enables quantitative measurement of tumor necrosis factor receptor superfamily member 1A (also known as TNFR1, p55, or CD120a) in mouse serum, plasma, and tissue homogenates using a chemiluminescent immunoassay format on a 96-well microplate.

TNFRSF1A is the principal signaling receptor for TNF-alpha and plays a central role in inflammatory cascades, NF-kB activation, and apoptosis initiation. Accurate quantification of soluble TNFR1 levels supports research into sepsis, rheumatoid arthritis, inflammatory bowel disease, neurodegeneration, and tumor microenvironment biology.

The capture antibody is mouse-specific and shows no significant cross-reactivity with TNFR2 (TNFRSF1B) or unrelated cytokine receptors.

Each kit contains a pre-coated microplate, lyophilized recombinant standards, biotinylated detection antibody, streptavidin-HRP conjugate, wash buffer concentrate, chemiluminescent substrate, and stop solution sufficient for 96 determinations.
